Uploaders must have rights to the content and authorization to disclose personal or confidential information.
Evidence may become part of a governed record. Upload does not mean Verified or Sealed.
Deletion may be restricted after governed submission, acceptance, or closure.
Avoid unnecessary sensitive data. Accuracy and lawful use remain the uploader’s responsibility.
