Recording consent
Recording is active only after explicit user action. Hidden or always-on recording is not permitted.
Audio may be transmitted to approved service providers. Retention follows the Active privacy and retention policy once approved.
The user is responsible for obtaining consent from other speakers where required.
Recording alone does not create an official governed record until the applicable workflow accepts it.
Audio retention promises remain attorney-review until finalized. Unsupported retention claims must not be made.
