Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the TruSolve platform and Verified Settlement Network. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Using the Services means you agree to this AUP.

Submitting fraudulent, falsified, or knowingly inaccurate records, evidence, measurements, or claim data.

Attempting to alter, forge, or undermine the integrity of the verification chain, verified records, or audit trails.

Circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security measures.

Accessing data or accounts you are not authorized to access, or using the Services to violate the privacy or rights of others.

Uploading malware, or interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of the Services.

Scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting data except through interfaces we expressly provide.

Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

Because TruSolve produces verified records relied upon by operators, adjusters, carriers, and other parties, you are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information you submit. Knowingly introducing false information undermines the trust the platform is built to protect and is strictly prohibited.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we consider appropriate to protect the Services and their users. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@trusolve.io.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
