Security and trust, in one place.
How TruSolve protects data, controls access, and proves the integrity of every record — the answer to “how secure is TruSolve?” without scattering security language across the platform.
Data Protection
Operational records, evidence, and account data are isolated by tenant and handled under least-privilege principles. We collect what the work requires and no more.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS. Sensitive data at rest is protected by our infrastructure providers' encryption. Payment card data is handled by third-party processors, not stored by TruSolve.
Access Controls
Authentication, role-based permissions, and scoped access govern who can see and act on a record. Operator surfaces are gated; verification artifacts are shared deliberately, not by default.
Audit Trails
Every operationally significant action produces an append-only verification event. Records are reproducible — identical inputs produce identical outputs — so an audit can be reconstructed, not reassembled.
Verification Architecture
TruSolve verifies evidence, measurements, chronology, documentation, and readiness, and anchors each record to a deterministic verification chain with a VSN Number. Tamper attempts are detectable by design.
Compliance Roadmap
TruSolve is engineered to align with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SEC 17a-4, and FINRA 4511 principles. Where formal certification applies, those programs are on our roadmap — we do not claim certifications we do not yet hold.
