DMCA Policy

TruSolve LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. If you believe content on the VSN platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent (below) including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

If you believe material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent including the required statements under the DMCA. We may restore the material in accordance with applicable law.

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
