Users retain ownership of submitted content subject to a limited license for TruSolve to operate the service.

Platform software, templates, and branding remain TruSolve property.

Organizations remain responsible for licensed or imported third-party estimating mappings. TruSolve does not claim ownership of third-party estimating codes or price databases.
