VSN (Verified Settlement Network) structures, records, tracks, and presents user-provided and provider-derived operational activity across identity, relationships, Settlement, Pay, evidence, and reputation history.

Azimur records and documents operational activity. Xaelis structures captured information. FH — Formalized Hierarchy — is the verification layer.

VSN does not guarantee user identity unless expressly verified through an approved verification path.

VSN does not guarantee authority, ownership of an asset, truth of user statements, legal sufficiency of templates, professional conclusions, enforceability, payment completion absent authoritative provider state, automatic dispute resolution, or automatic government filings, title transfers, permits, licenses, or registrations.

Membership and affiliation are not authority. User declarations do not automatically establish authority.

By creating or using a VSN account, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, when those documents are Active after attorney approval.

Until Active status is granted, these documents remain attorney-review drafts and do not constitute a claim of legal compliance.

You are responsible for account credentials, accurate profile information, and lawful use of the Network.

Prohibited conduct is described in the Acceptable Use Policy and Network Conduct policy.

Settlement Send begins a governed review workflow. Send is not counterparty acceptance, payment, closure, or VSN Number issuance.

Acceptance records electronic acknowledgment of a specific Settlement version. Acceptance is not payment, completion, transfer, closure, or VSN Number issuance.

Pay moves money through approved payment providers. Payment alone does not accept, complete, transfer, or close a Settlement. Browser return and Checkout creation do not prove payment.
