Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the TruSolve platform and Verified Settlement Network. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TruSolve platform, the Verified Settlement Network ("VSN"), and related services (the "Services") operated by TruSolve LLC ("TruSolve", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

TruSolve provides operational verification infrastructure — including the Verified Settlement Network (VSN), ScopeOps, ClaimChain, and related tools — that captures operational activity, structures records, and produces verified settlement documentation. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and eligibility

The Services are intended for business and institutional use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting fraudulent or knowingly inaccurate records, attempting to circumvent security or access controls, interfering with the integrity of the verification chain, or using the Services in violation of applicable law. A separate Acceptable Use Policy may provide additional detail.

5. Your data and records

You retain ownership of the data and records you submit. You grant TruSolve a license to host, process, and use that data to provide and improve the Services and to generate verified records and audit trails. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit data and to share records with the counterparties you select.

6. Verification does not guarantee outcomes

TruSolve verifies evidence, measurements, chronology, documentation, and readiness. It does not guarantee claim approval, payment, or carrier acceptance, and it does not control carrier decisions, coverage determinations, policy exclusions, or adjuster discretion. Verified records are documentation and operational proof — not a warranty of any particular outcome.

7. Payments

Where payment or settlement features are offered, payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. TruSolve is not a bank and does not hold customer funds. Fees, billing, and payment terms applicable to your use will be presented separately.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and the TruSolve, VSN, Verified Settlement Network, ScopeOps, and ClaimChain marks, are owned by TruSolve or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or brand features except as expressly permitted.

9. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products and services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSOLVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruSolve and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Term and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or to protect the integrity or security of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which TruSolve LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process will be confirmed in the final published Terms.

15. Pilot and beta features

Some features are offered on a pilot, beta, or preview basis and are identified as such within the Services. Pilot features are provided for evaluation, may change or be discontinued, may have limited functionality or availability, and are provided without warranty or service-level commitment. Results from pilot features should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, through additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
