How TruSolve LLC collects, uses, protects, and shares information across the TruSolve platform and Verified Settlement Network. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Who we are

TruSolve LLC ("TruSolve", "we", "us") operates the TruSolve operational verification platform, including the Verified Settlement Network (VSN), ScopeOps, ClaimChain, and related services (the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2. Information we collect

Account information — name, email, organization, role, and authentication identifiers used to provision and secure access.

Operational records — claim data, inspection evidence (including photographs and GPS metadata), measurements, documents, line items, and the verification events generated as work moves through the Services.

Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device information, and interaction telemetry used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Payment-related data — when payments or settlements are initiated, limited transaction details are processed by our third-party payment providers. TruSolve does not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Services, including generating verified records and operational intelligence.

To authenticate users, enforce access controls, and maintain audit trails.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and service changes.

To improve and develop the Services, and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. How we share information

Service providers — we share information with vendors who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, payment processing, and communications), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

Within your organization and authorized parties — operational records may be shared with the participants and counterparties a claim or workflow involves (for example, an adjuster or carrier you choose to deliver a record to).

Legal and safety — we may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and verification-anchored audit trails. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, to maintain verifiable records and audit trails, and to meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable requirements.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. Some operational records may be retained where we have a legal or contractual basis to do so.

VSN members can deactivate an account from member settings. Deactivation removes ordinary network visibility and revokes access; it is not a silent deletion of audit, moderation, verified-work, settlement, or legally retained records.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

9. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business and institutional use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date below and, where appropriate, through additional notice.
