ScopeOps is being rebuilt

ScopeOps is offline while we rebuild its line-item code system on an independent standard of our own.

The field workflow is not changing. Inspection capture, evidence, measurements, and the governed claim record all stay exactly as they are. What changes is the code system underneath — moving to a taxonomy TruSolve owns outright, built from trade practice and real supplier catalogs rather than licensed from a third party.

We would rather take the surface down for a short period than operate it on someone else's terms. It will come back with material pricing traceable to a purchasable SKU at a real price on a real date — which is a stronger justification to an adjuster than what it replaces.
